NDIS Short Term Accommodation
At Anytime Care, we have a number of comfortable short-term accommodation, medium-term accommodation, and NDIS respite care properties available for our participants across Melbourne. All our disability short-term accommodations are located close to cafes, public transports, parks in Area of Moreland City Council and Brimbank City Council.
We make sure that our participants get an opportunity to meet new people and feel at home away from home. Our NDIS respite accommodation are available to serve this exact purpose. Our participants get to try new activities like:
- Watching movies
- Visiting shopping centres
- Having a meal at a nearby café
- Walking to the beach
- Playing a sport
- Checking local attractions.

Why choose us for NDIS SIL houses
Our consultants make sure that all our participant’s individual needs are met in our NDIS rental properties. These include taking care of
- Participant’s medication timings and needs
- Participant’s personal needs like bathing and dressing
- Participant’s meal preparation and cooking
- Participant’s dietary requirements.
We also provide the above-mentioned support in the comfort of your own home if you do not wish to stay in our NDIS properties.
Length of stay: Our participants have the option of staying at our property for their desired period of stay from a day to a month as per their NDIS funding.
Support for children and adults: We provide support to children and adults both and so our participants stay with others of their age making them more comfortable. There is something for every age group.
Our SIL manager is registered nurse, and she has been managing high care complex clients from past 7years.

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)
Specialist Disability Accommodation refers to the type of accommodation where we will be providing high-intensity and specialized assistance for our participants. This type of disability housing is preferable for people with extreme functional impairment or high support needs.
To gain access to Specialist Disability Accommodation, you will be required to have it included in your NDIS plan. Once you have access, we can work with you to develop an individualized strategy and even help you in searching for the right property. We can assist in finalizing the rent and utility costs as per the Commonwealth Disability Support Pension and Rent Assistance payments.
Short Term Accommodation (STA)
Short term accommodation can help alleviate carer burn out, stress in relationships and provide access to services for participants that live in rural areas while providing a balance in their life. Short term accomodation provides lots of benefits like an opportunity to socialise and access to other services during your stay.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Services Melbourne: Provide Support for Your Daily Tasks We offer Supported Independent Living to our participants. Supported Independent Living is a little different to Specialist Disability Accommodation. It helps participants to have more choice and control.
Members can have access to Supported Independent Living accommodation if they have a private space if in case they are living at home with their families, living alone, or sharing with others. Our NDIS planning manager will help you find out if your accommodation falls under the SIL category.
Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
Medium Term Accommodation is support items which recognises that there may be cases where you will require longer term transitional accommodation before moving into a more permanent home or arrangement (for example, after hospital discharge). Typically, MTA would be used for periods up to 90 days. Those who wish to stay in MTA are responsible for meeting their own food and everyday living costs from their own income rather than NDIS plan.

Heart of St Albans Stay is self-catering accommodation with a terrace and free Wi-Fi and private garden. With 3 spacious bedrooms in the main house and flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, new open plan kitchen, dining and living area, Guests can also relax in the beautiful backyard with BBQ facilities, open fire pit, veranda, and fresh organic fruit trees.
